Fairly clean hotel, above average and good breakfast, the location is magnificent near to the G terminal of the international departures and Bangkok's airport and restaurant. Excellent staff and perfectly clean rooms with a shower as well as the Terminal PA system. Great customer care. The smooth check-in. Good stay, as always.

The check-in staff was friendly and smiled a lot and rather reassuring about the transfer of my luggage from airline to another. Internet use is free for a 6-hour period. The place is clean and neat. The fresh fruit and coffee at breakfast are good.

The room is small and basic but does not match the photos. The shower stall is poorly constructed and water does not drain well, so you end up standing in a shallow pool of water. Although breakfast is included, the pastries are hard, stale, dry and inedible. The check-out staff was not as friendly. It could be due to the early hour (3 am). If transiting more than six hours, it's not worth the value to stay at this hotel. It's much cheaper to stay at a nearby airport hotel.

An excellent option to relax at the airport without going to the city if you have a long connection between flights. Great breakfast.
